The Chinese government has been limiting and banning the industrial production recently in China to protect and improve the environment. Influenced by this policy, some of the small steel mills have been closed down and sections that badly pollute the environment including galvanizing factories and foundry factories have been forced to stop production to make rectifications. These factors cause the shortage of raw material and the delay of delivery, which is out of our control. We beg your understanding.
